E-learning modules for Child Safeguarding
Four e-learning modules developed as part of UEFA's Child Safeguarding program in collaboration with Terre des Hommes. These modules are aimed at staff from football associations across Europe and issue nominated certificates of completion.
UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) had joined forces with the Terre des Hommes Foundation to set up a program dedicated to the safeguarding of children and young adults in football. We were commissioned to develop four e-learning modules as part of this vast program.
An introduction module and 3 specialized modules were developed in accordance with SCORM standards and deployed on the Moodle platform. They are responsive and perfectly adapt to all screen formats. Their application is flexible and can easily be adapted if needed.
The theoretical part asked by european associations of football being significant, a big part of our work was to adapt the size of text information, so it would be accessible and attractive. To achieve this, we used graphic and corlorful layouts to guide the eye through the informations. We also used a wide variety of interactive exercices allowing to test people’s knowledge without penalising their progress.
